Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision is an added advantage.

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
Assign cleaning duties and monitor staff performance.
Perform cleaning duties alongside other cleaners whenever required.
Ensure offices, washrooms, corridors and other assigned areas are properly cleaned.
Inspect cleaned areas to ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques.
Monitor cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment and cleaning-related concerns.
Prepare daily cleaning schedules and basic reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by management.
