Nail Care Expertise – Knowledge of nail anatomy, hygiene, and different nail conditions. Manicure & Pedicure Techniques – Ability to trim, file, shape nails, apply polish, and perform spa treatments. Nail Art & Design – Creativity in designing intricate patterns, applying embellishments, and working with gel/acrylic extensions. Sanitation & Hygiene – Proper sterilization of tools and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Customer Service Skills – A friendly approach, patience, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable. Massage Techniques – Basic foot and hand massage to enhance the spa experience. Product Knowledge – Understanding nail care products, polishes, and treatments. Time Management – Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality service. Sales & Upselling Skills – Recommending nail care products and additional services. Communication Skills – Engaging with clients and building strong professional relationships
